Saving the Environment with Economic Ideas

Your students will be interested to know that economics can help us understand and tackle thorny environmental challenges. This program will showcase a series of high school lesson plans created by the education specialists at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Attendees will learn how to succeed with these lessons whether in a face-to-face or distance learning setting. Participants will receive a certificate of professional development, access to digital resources, and an e-book edition of Nobel Laureate William Nordhaus’s The Climate Casino: Risk, Uncertainty, and Economics for a Warming World.
