Did you know that the new Arizona economics standards go into effect this fall? In this last installment of our summer virtual professional development series we'll explore global economics for middle and high school classrooms. Participants will interact with fellow teachers from across the state and learn about effective strategies for teaching and assessing global economic concepts. The materials shared will be suitable for both online and in-person instruction. Educators must access the virtual session on a tablet, laptop, or computer with a microphone and camera. All participants will earn a certificate for 2.5 hours of professional development and be entered into a drawing for a selection of economics education resources.
