Gastroeconomics: How to Eat (Chocolate) Like an Economist

What better way to illustrate basic economic principles than through exploring our favorite foods?

During this 4-part series, we will feature the economics of four popular foods: Chocolate, Coffee, Sugar, and Beef. Each session will include delicious meals, including the featured food, as well as fascinating economic information and resources to share with your students.

All sessions will run from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the TRBF offices and complimentary dinner will be served. Space is limited to only 15 teachers for each session. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The dates for this series are January 24, February 7, March 6, and April 11, 2019. You will need to register separately for each session.
